This training focuses on how to work safely and effectively when we work directly on our client’s bodies. The course covers both first training skills like working with signals, channels, edges, and picking up verbal and non-verbal feedback when doing hands on work, and second training skills of how to let our deepest wisdom come through our hands in our work. Participants will learn how to give bodywork sessions from their core, their center, letting their Processminds guide their work, whether touching someone for just a moment or giving a full bodywork session. Both Process work students and bodyworkers from other traditions have found this kind of training transformative in their work with clients.
