Community Meetings
Community meetings are held in the Big Room at the Process Work Institute located at 2049 NW Hoyt Street in Portland, Oregon.
These community meetings are open to all interested in or curious about Processwork and the Process Work Institute. They provide a space to come together and create community by following process. Facilitators are chosen from the group each time, and we begin with open sorting for issues that are on people’s hearts and minds. We then choose a topic that the group wants to focus on, and explore together more deeply using a process-oriented facilitation approach.
All Hands for Art! Art of U on Tuesdays at 12pm
Kara and Suzette invite you to share some online community time making art together and exploring the Coronavirus in our lives, or whatever is pressing to you that you would like to deepen.
This can be a fun, meditative time, as well, and we hope you will join us. We are offering it for the next 4 Tuesdays at 12pm until 1pm, starting March 24th ….and you can eat your lunch at the same time.
No art experience is needed. You can draw, make collages, create simple sculptures, paint.
Creativity and community and PW can support us together to deepen and share our wisdoms, which we need.
Our Hands and yours to make Art and connect and infect us with hope and our healing imaginations.
We will be using the Open Studio Project method that believes your creative process will guide you, as we follow the process of writing an Intention, Making art, Witnessing by writing about your art and Reading your writing, if you wish. And, then adding PW tools to deepen your experience.
We will be sending out a zoom link to those who write to us, and say they would like to join us. Hope to see you there!

Added Dreambody Medicine Forums
We would like to add some additional Dreambody Medicine Forums focused on the Coronavirus. Join us next Friday, March 27, 2020 from 7pm-8:30pm, on Zoom https://zoom.us/j/398926784
Due to physical distancing all forums will be online until further notice.
We would like to work with someone on any issues related to the virus. If you would like to work with one of us online at the forum please let us know by sending me an email.
In these forums we explore the link between individual experience of body symptoms with larger cultural and social issues.
We hope to bring an atmosphere of exploration, curiosity and enrichment.. Using Processwork we work with symptoms following an individual’s signals in a non pathologizing, non interpretative way to find meaning in our experiences. This may help relieve the symptom and help us relate to our symptoms differently. Respecting each person’s experience as their own.
All welcome. Free of charge.
These forums are for everyone. People with all types of symptoms and care providers whether family members in home or medical professionals. Anyone with an interest in health and medicine and helping themselves and others.
Here are the additional dates which will also have a focus on the virus.
