You may directly request a determination of skill level assessment (DSLA) to provide Evidence of Readiness. The DSLA may be done via video conference or in person at PWI. The DSLA is completed by one of three faculty members designated for these assessments (2017: Gary Reiss, Dawn Menken, Ingrid Rose). Students requesting the DSLA complete a review document of their progress and learning up to this point in Process-oriented work, and must sign a consent form allowing the faculty involved in the DSLA to give them feedback about their work.
